MedCommons Application for Facebook
Users are invited to install the free MedCommons Application for Facebook and join the Care Team of their family and friends. The MedCommons application also allows for paid MedCommons HealthURL subscriptions, connection to sponsored HealthURL anywhere (including HIPAA-regulated medical home accounts) and easy access to public HealthURLs posted at CCR Commons.
Public Postings at CCR Commons
The publicly accessible CCR Commons site organizes detailed anaonymized medical records in HealthURL format according to the 750 topic categories supported by the National Library of Medicine MedLine Plus service.
Facebook Group Integration
Anyone can start a Facebook Group and link to the MedCommons Application for Facebook to provide member support for detailed, standardized medical records. Facebook Groups may also request moderation privileges for individual CCR Commons topics. This helps control spam and commercial abuse in public CCR Commons postings.
